Apple Watch Coming to Stores on 24th April 2015.

Update: following the Apple Watch launch event on Tuesday, Apple has announced the launch date for the Apple Watch. Pre-orders will open from 10 April and the watches will be available from 24 April.

While the smartwatch won't initially be available globally, it will be available in the UK and several other European countries. As soon as pre-orders open, you will be able to go and experience the watch for yourself in select Apple Stores (Selfridges, London in the UK).

Apple`s most anticipated Wearable device Apple Watch is expected to launch in March 2015 along with 12 Inch Mac Book Air.

Sources quoting Kuo of KGI Securities also reveals that Apple may display more details like Battery and pre orders before its official release.


Apple Watch is a smartwatch created by Apple Inc. and announced by Tim Cook on September 9, 2014. It is expected to have fitness tracking and health-oriented capabilities, as well as integration with iOS and existing Apple products and services. It is scheduled to be available in three models, with a wide variety of case and band options. It is compatible with the iPhone 5 and later iPhone models running iOS 8.2. The device is scheduled for release in early 2015.

When Apple CEO Tim Cook introduced the Apple Watch he said: "Apple introduced the world to several category-defining products, the Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad. And once again Apple is poised to captivate the world with a revolutionary product that can enrich people's lives. It's the most personal product we've ever made."Apple design guru Jony Ive explained that the Apple Watch includes multiple new technologies and an entirely new user interface designed "specifically for a device that's designed to be worn."

Financial analysts offered early sales estimates from a few million to as many as 40 million in the first year. Time '​s Tim Bajarin summarized the breadth of reactions, writing that "there is not enough information yet to determine how this product will fare when it finally reaches the market next year".
