WhatsApp on Wednesday unveiled a new browser-based desktop chat option, calling the feature an “extension” of its smartphone apps. The web experience “mirrors” conversations from your mobile device, said WhatsApp.

Here is the step by step procedure of get that done;

1. Log in to https://web.whatsapp.com through your Google Chrome Browser
2. Scan the QR Code inside your Whatsapp application
3. start using Whatsapp on your browser
4. Note: keep your Android Connected to wifi

In the start there are some limitation to it for example the web access is limited to only Chrome Browser and iOS user can not access it. because of " limitation of iOS software" iOS users have to wait. and you can't connect it if you have a iPhone.

In October last year Facebook has acquired Whatsapp for whooping $19 Billion Cash and Shares. Whatsapp has 600 million users worldwide.
