According to Reuters, Cupertino fruit company Apple ( Aapl Inc, ) and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has reached a deal to make chips for next Generation iPhones thanks to the rocketing sales of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
South Korean Paper Maeil has reported, cited sources from Semiconductor industry that Samsung will be responsible for up to 75% of Chips used in its next Generation iPhones suppose to be launch in late 2015.
TSMC Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is also reportedly working on Apple’s next-next ten products, since it is currently on schedule with production of Apple’s A9 processor, which will show up in 2015 devices.
TSMC made a massive $2.31 billion in August, with the phenomenal performance being credited to the company’s production of A8 processors for the iPhone 6-series of handsets — in addition to other chips such as Touch ID fingerprint sensors.
